American Toxxic Control Inc. said it completed the previously announced sale of its BCL Associates Inc. subsidiary to Earth Technology Corp. in an all-cash transaction. Proceeds of the sale will be used to meet certain outstanding obligations of the company and to enhance the level of working capital at the corporate level, the company said. American Toxxic is a Newport Beach-based waste management concern.
