HIGH LIFE
AFS International at Newport Harbor High School is seeking families to be hosts for Swedish students who will be visiting Orange County and participating in a study program June 22 through July 20.
Host families have no financial obligation to the students other than to provide room and board and occasional car-pooling.
Families may host for either two or four weeks. Visiting students will attend school five days a week and do some local traveling.
For more information, call Newport Harbor High teacher Charles Douglas at (714) 963-3315.
“Whatever women do, they must do twice as well as men to be thought half as good. Luckily, this is not difficult.”
--Charlotte Whitton (1896-1975)
