Amperif Corp. announced that it has appointed Frank J. Vukmanic as vice president of marketing and sales.

Vukmanic, who came to Amperif from Unisys Corp., where he was vice president and general manager of the Federal Information Systems Division, replaced Peter Zinsli, who will begin directing Amperif’s establishment of operations in Europe.

The Chatsworth-based Amperif is a developer and supplier of storage systems for mainframe computers.
