Burbank Public Works Director to Depart
Carl Brooks, who has been Burbank’s Public Works Director for about two years, will leave his position, officials said Monday.
City Manager Bud Ovrom said the decision was a mutual agreement between him and Brooks.
Brooks could not be reached for comment.
Brooks, 47, had been public works director since May, 1987. He had previously served in the same post in the cities of Monrovia and San Gabriel.
