Commercial Scene : Joint Venture Partners Buy Apartment Complex

Ray L. Huffman Construction Inc., in a joint venture partnership with Western Consumer Services Inc., has paid $2.75 million for the 60-unit La Fontana Apartment complex at 458 and 472-476 F St., Chula Vista. Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, Henry and Sophie Bookspan, while Jack W. Gray represented the Huffman Partnership.
