A date with actor Jean LeClerc, who plays Jeremy Hunter on “All My Children,” is costing a Dallas woman $13,600. Jan Rogers paid that much at a Cystic Fibrosis Bachelor Bid charity auction for the pleasure of Le Clerc’s company, and says she’ll take along a young “chaperon,” the local Cystic Fibrosis poster child. For her donation-bid, Rogers won a trip to New York for lunch with LeClerc at Tavern on the Green and a ringside seat at a taping session of the ABC soap opera. Also at the auction, Dallas socialite Bobbie McKamie paid $11,500 for a New York date and shopping trip. A few weeks earlier she had paid $6,500 for country performer George Strait’s hat, reported the Dallas Morning News.
