Coopers & Lybrand has appointed four executives to its Los Angeles-based west region organization, which has overall responsibility for about 20 offices.
John J. Roberts, formerly managing partner of the firm’s Philadelphia office, was named vice chairman of the group. Joseph Bonocore was appointed partner in charge of management consulting services; Earle Steinberg was named partner in charge of manufacturing consulting services, and Bill Simpson was appointed partner in charge of litigation services.
In addition, the accounting, tax, and consultancy firm named Melanie Hatt as partner in charge of the high technology practice in the Los Angeles office. Bruce Johnson was appointed director of retail consulting services for Los Angeles.
