Times Mirror Buys Training Firm: Times Mirror said it acquired Kaset Inc. of Tampa, Fla., a company that trains employees in customer relations. Terms were not disclosed. Times Mirror already owns firms that specialize in sales training and supervisory training. Kaset works for utilities, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, and state and municipal governments. Times Mirror also announced that it completed the previously reported acquisition of the stock of Chillicothe Cablevision Inc.
