Commercial Scene : Company Building New Headquarters in Aliso Viejo

A November completion is scheduled for the new, 45,000-square-foot corporate headquarters of Armor All Products Corp. in Aliso Viejo. The Irvine-based firm paid $2,435,000 for the 4.6-acre site in Pacific Park, Aliso Viejo’s 900-acre business park, according to a spokesman for the Seeley Co., which represented Armor All.
Coldwell Banker represented the seller, Mission Viejo Co.’s Business Properties Division. Koll Co. is the general contractor of the new building. The architect is the DeRevere Partnership, Newport Beach.
