Commercial Scene : Mesa Pacifica Adds 12 Acres to Center Holdings

Mesa Pacifica, a corporation with Bailey Building Corp. as its managing partner, has purchased two lots totaling 12.1 acres for $5.7 million in Pacific Corporate Center in Sorrento Mesa, just east of the Interstates 5 and 805 interchange.

Purchase of the lots on the northeast corner of the 125-acre master planned park brings Mesa Pacifica’s total acquisition of land in the Pacific Corporate Center to 28 acres.

The Bailey Building Corp. plans to build a phased research and development park on 18 of its total acres.
