New Air Carrier to Serve Hawaii: Discovery Airways announced that it would begin service in December between the Hawaiian islands. The carrier, to be based in Honolulu, said it has ordered 12 British Aerospace 146 regional airliners with options on an additional two aircraft. The value of the order is estimated at about $300 million.
