Fuqua Industries
Triton Group Ltd., a La Jolla investment concern, has increased its stake in Fuqua Industries, an Atlanta lawn-mower maker, from 14.01% to 15.2%, or 3.2 million common shares.
Triton purchased 253,200 Fuqua shares between June 30 and July 7 for $29.12 to $29.87 each, or a total of $7.5 million, according to an SEC filing.
