Tourist Killed in Kenya

NAIROBI, Kenya —
Robbers shot and killed a Belgian tourist on a Kenyan coast road when he refused to hand over his car key, the Belgian Embassy said Wednesday. The man was identified as Philip Deltavorsca, 47, who lived in the central African country of Rwanda.
