Soviet Troop Cuts in E. Germany Detailed

EAST BERLIN —
The Soviet Union has withdrawn 11,000 soldiers and over 2,100 tanks from East Germany as part of unilateral troop cuts announced last year, the official East German news agency ADN said Thursday.
It quoted Gen. Boris Snetkov, commander of Soviet troops in East Germany, as saying that 150 artillery pieces and about 2,000 vehicles were also been withdrawn.
