High Cost of the B-2 Stealth Bomber
Politicians dreaming of the B-2 and its capabilities while our educational systems, bridges and down-to-earth matters are neglected remind me of similar priorities when I worked on the NASA Saturn project in the early ‘60s. We had a phrase referring to those who promoted the grand schemes at the expense of more practical programs: “How do they expect to get a man on the moon when they can’t even get a Negro on a bus in Little Rock?”
