An audience dominated by thirtysomethings and fortysomethings was on hand Sunday in Dallas for the first night of Ringo Starr’s “Tour for All Generations.” Ringo opened the first show of his 30-city tour singing “It Don’t Come Easy.” After his third vocal on “Yellow Submarine,” the 49-year-old retired to the rhythm section. Though he has released nine solo albums since 1970, Starr hasn’t toured since the Beatles split. Children under 12, incidentally, got in free (accompanied by adults).
