An Israeli travel company says the Soviet Union has agreed to let it process tourist visas, opening the door for Israeli tourists to visit that country for the first time in 22 years. The Natour company reached agreement with the official Soviet travel agency Intourist to process visas and organize group and individual tours to the country, Mior Caspi, the company’s director general, said on Israel Radio. He said Natour represents 270 travel agencies in Israel. Moscow cut diplomatic relations with Jerusalem after the 1967 Middle East War.
