Has anyone, in the headlong rush to ban handguns to keep them out of the hands of “deranged persons,” considered this fact: A “deranged person” will remain deranged with or without a gun. Has anyone ever thought, “Perhaps we need to help the deranged person?”
I believe that the real crime is not hysterical gun control--the real crime is not caring for our fellow man.
