Two Acquire Stake in Capistrano Group
Frank Millman and Lynn Millman acquired an 83.4% stake in Capistrano Group of Santa Monica on April 27, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The Millmans paid $1.25 million for 2.9 million shares, purchased from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. FDIC took control of the bank after it was declared insolvent on Dec. 20, 1985.
