Commercial Scene : Wells Fargo Leases Irvine Office Space

Wells Fargo Bank of Newport Beach has signed a $30-million, long-term lease with the Koll Co. of Newport Beach to occupy 71,000 square feet of office space at 1940 Main St. in Irvine.

The bank, which plans to occupy three floors of the 12-story building for its Orange County corporate headquarters, is partial owner of the property, according to the Newport Beach office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Services, which represented Wells Fargo Bank.
