Tune Desecration

The idea of a constitutional amendment to make it unlawful to desecrate the flag might be a good idea. A much better idea would be to have a constitutional amendment making it unlawful to desecrate our national anthem. “The Star-Spangled Banner” is continually being desecrated by singers forgetting or changing words, singing off-key, and not sticking to the original melody as written by Francis Scott Key.

Let’s stop all of this desecration and protect our national anthem and the “land of the fuuuree and the home of the buuuraave.” (Oops, sorry, off-key.)
