Federal agents arrested a state social services employee after discovering an elaborate indoor operation for growing marijuana in the suspect’s Sacramento house, authorities said. Charged with illegal marijuana cultivation was Justin Wolf, 47, a child-care ombudsman for the state Department of Social Services, who was arrested Friday at his office. Federal agents and Sacramento County sheriff’s deputies, who raided Wolf’s house, found 65 plants in two rooms, said Charlie Stowell, a special agent for the federal Drug Enforcement Administration.
