Jim Plunkett, former Stanford quarterback; Chalmers (Bump) Elliott, Iowa athletic director and former Michigan halfback, and two former football coaches, the late Woody Hayes of Ohio State and Howard Jones of USC, will become the first members of the Rose Bowl Hall of Fame in an induction ceremony at 9 a.m. on Aug. 21.
