Ted Turner’s cable empire announced one key entrance and one key exit Tuesday--with Robert Wussler, his second-in-command, leaving, and Pam Hill, an ABC News executive, arriving. Hill will join Turner’s CNN on Monday as a vice president and executive producer in charge of a new investigative unit. Wussler, a former president of both the CBS television network and CBS Sports who joined Turner in 1980, is leaving to join Comsat--the Communications Satellite Corp.--in Washington on Sept. 1. He will be president of the company’s Video Enterprises Division.
