The Marriott hotel chain said it will build another Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Laguna Hills.
The $10-million, 137-room hotel is expected to open next spring.
Marriott has already built two of the medium-priced Courtyard hotels in Orange County, in Buena Park and Santa Ana. A third, in Irvine near John Wayne Airport, will open in December.
Room rates for the Laguna Hills hotel will run $74 on weekdays, $50 on weekends.
