Student of Kings Gives ‘F’ to New Ticket Policy

For the past four years, I have been fortunate enough to participate in the Los Angeles Kings’ student season-ticket program, which allowed my friends and me to purchase King tickets for the entire season at half price.

As one might suspect, the Kings have canceled this program. As a result, my friends and I will not be able to purchase tickets this year. With the increase, it’s unfortunate that “real” Kings’ fans won’t be able to enjoy a Stanley Cup that appears to be so close. At the same time, however, this is no time to be selfish. If this is the only repercussion this King fan must endure for a Stanley Cup, so be it.
