Clustka Funeral Is Scheduled
Chuck Clustka a starting player on John Wooden’s first basketball team at UCLA, died Sunday of cancer. He was 61. He played at UCLA from 1946 through 1949 and later was a member of Amateur Athletic Union teams in the area.
The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Francis DeSales Church in Sherman Oaks. A funeral Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Thursday also at St. Francis DeSales.
Clustka is survived by his wife Patricia, sons Chip and Ron, and a daughter, Shawn Dascanio.
