GRAND OPENINGS : 10 Luxury Homes to Be Released in Calabasas

Braemer Calabasas, located in the gate-guarded community of Calabasas Park Estates, will release 10 of 56 single-family luxury homes.

The 3- and 4-bedroom residences, with 2 to 4 baths, range in size from 2,100 to 3,560 square feet and are priced from $550,000 to $850,000. There are five different floor plans.

The community offers tennis courts and an equestrian trail. Residents may also become members of the Calabasas Country Club and Golf Course.

11 Garden Condos Open in Pasadena

All 11 units planned in the Pasadena garden-style condominiums known by their address, 360 South Los Robles, open today.

One townhouse is priced at $214,900, but the other 10 units range in price from $168,900 to $179,900. The two-bedroom, two-bath homes vary in size from 1,000 to 1,330 square feet.

Greg Yerevanian, the developer, has scheduled move-ins for mid-September. The monthly homeowners fee is $108.

An unfurnished model and a sales office, staffed by King Realty’s New Homes & Condominiums Division, are open Fridays through Mondays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or by appointment.
