Commercial Scene : Fitness and Carpet Firms to Locate in Industry

Family Fitness Centers and Banner Carpets have announced plans to open new outlets in The Concourse, Trammell Crow Co.’s new mixed-use complex that is set to open in October in City of Industry.

Family Fitness signed a $3-million lease for 22,000 square feet of space to open a new health spa. Banner Carpets signed a $750,000-lease for 4,410 square feet to open a new retail outlet.

The Concourse is a 750,000-square-foot retail, office and industrial complex on the north side of California 60 between the Fullerton Road and Nogales Street exits.
