At a press conference this morning at the Bel Age Hotel, Billy Barty and other entertainment representatives will introduce a new record, video and television project titled “From Where I Stand” that will become an anthem for the Little People. Barty started a foundation in 1975 “with no dues, no members--just people committed to seeing that Little People and disabled people in general” can be part of society at large.
