Wedding : Miss Shuster Becomes Bride of Michael Healy

Miss Beth Hope Shuster and Michael Healy were married Saturday in the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Shuster of Los Angeles.

Judge Andrew Weisz, retired and former presiding judge of the Beverly Hills Municipal Court, officiated. Attendants included the bride’s sister, Miss Jessica Shuster, and Edward G. Healy Jr., who served as his brother’s best man.

The bride, a graduate of UC Santa Cruz and a reporter at the Daily News of Los Angeles, will retain her maiden name. Her father is the foreign editor of the Los Angeles Times and formerly bureau chief for the New York Times in Rome, London and Saigon; her mother, Miriam Shuster, is a free-lance writer.

The bridegroom, a graduate of Canisius College, Buffalo, N.Y., and Harvard University, is the director of development for television movies and miniseries for Warner Bros. Television.

He is the son of Mrs. Edward G. Healy of Buffalo, and the late Dr. Healy.
