Bio-Rad Laboratories, Hercules, Calif., announced that Tom Braje has joined the company as vice president and chief financial officer. He comes to Bio-Rad from Amfac Inc., where he was senior vice president and chief financial officer until Amfac was acquired in late 1988. Bio-Rad is a multinational manufacturer of research products, clinical diagnostics and analytical instruments.
