Bush Campaign Worker Picked for Peace Corps Job

WASHINGTON — President Bush has announced that he will nominate Barbara Zartman, a Republican activist who helped run his presidential campaign in New York, to be deputy director of the Peace Corps. If confirmed by the Senate, she would succeed Edward A. Curran.
