A former Sunday school teacher was sentenced in San Rafael to life in prison without possibility of parole for the rape and bludgeon murder of a 13-year-old girl in the library of the Bethel Baptist church in Novato. Scott Martin Williams, 29, confessed to the attack, telling Marin County Dist. Atty. John Posey: “I murdered Jennifer Moore. I led her to the library. I raped her, bludgeoned her to death . . . God have mercy.”
