Missouri Synod Debates Whether to Change Name

WICHITA, Kan. —
Delegates at the convention of the 2.6 million member Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod debated whether to change the name of their denomination so as better to reflect its national dimensions. But no action was taken about it.
