Four of the Cincinnati Reds’ limited partners have sued majority owner Marge Schott, renewing complaints of unfair and questionable business practices.

The suit was filed in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court on behalf of Louis Nippert, Louise D. Nippert, Carl Kroch and American Laundry Machinery, Inc.

They contend that Schott, a Cincinnati auto dealer, has misused her authority as team owner by advertising her two auto dealerships in the Reds yearbook and programs without the agreement of other partners.
