Marin County sheriff’s deputies have removed nearly $3 million worth of marijuana plants from a ranch in the western area of the county. Sheriff’s Lt. Russ Hunt said officers incinerated the last of the 1,367 marijuana plants uprooted over three days. It was the biggest seizure of marijuana plants ever in Marin County. Hunt said the sophisticated operation included a gas-powered watering system. No suspects have been arrested.
