COMMERCIAL SCENE : Anaheim Commercial Site Bought, Buildings Planned

State College Plaza, a 7.6-acre Anaheim site including a six-story, 126,000-square-foot office building at State College Boulevard and Orangewood Avenue, has been purchased for an estimated $19.7 million.
Tokyo-based Tobishima Development Co. and Santa Ana-headquartered Hutton Development Co. bought the commercial center, with plans for two other office buildings, from Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Co. of Hartford, Conn.
Burke Commercial Real Estate represented the buyers, and Pacific Southwest Mortgage represented the seller.
