Santa Monica : Grant to Help Ill Homeless
St. John’s Hospital and Health Center Outreach Project to the Homeless Mentally Ill has received a $17,000 grant from the California Community Foundation.
The Outreach Project, which operates on grants and private donations, offers specialized services to the homeless mentally ill, including education and consultation to community groups on how to deal with the problem.
The California Community Foundation administers individual charitable trust funds on a nonprofit basis.
