Yields on 4-Year Treasury Bills Rise: Yields on four-year Treasury notes rose to the highest level since March. The average yield was 8.35%, up from 8.19% at the last auction on June 28. It was the highest rate since four-year notes averaged 9.7% on March 29. The notes will carry a coupon rate of 8.25%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,966.60. A total of $7.79 billion in notes were sold out of bids totaling $21.68 billion.
