Bill Williams has been named vice president-contract compliance officer for Parker Hannifin Corp. He will also continue in his present position as vice president, contracts and compliance for Irvine-based Parker Bertea Aerospace, an operating group of Parker Hannifin. Williams has been with Parker Bertea for 15 years, holding the positions of director of financial planning, division controller and senior financial analyst. Parker Bertea manufactures systems and components for aerospace and other high-technology markets.
