Maggie Fisher Louis; Noted for Charitable Fund-Raising

Maggie Fisher Louis, 77, wife of fashion designer Jean Louis and a fund-raiser for such projects as the Dubnoff Center in Los Angeles for children with learning disabilities. In 1981, Mrs. Louis, whose other charities included the Mary and Joseph League and Les Dames de Champagne of Los Angeles, brought Princess Grace of Monaco to the city in what proved to be a major fund-raiser for Dubnoff. The star-studded event raised more than $500,000. Her survivors include her husband. On Sept. 27 in Santa Barbara of heart failure.
