Lockheed Corp. has named Richard W. Taylor vice president-corporate development. He succeeds Walter B. LaBerge, who retired in March. Taylor, 50, has been president of Lockheed’s Information Systems Group, now being phased out in a corporate restructuring. E. Allen Thompson was named vice president-operations. Thompson had served as acting vice president-operations since January, 1989. He succeeds Dale H. Daniels, who was named executive vice president, Lockheed Aeronautical Systems Co.
