The Los Angeles Historic Theater Foundation, which is involved in saving downtown theaters, received a $50,000 grant Wednesday in honor of the launch of a new cigarette, Cartier Vendome, in the L.A. area. The presentation was made at the St. James’s Club, where Michael Feinstein was slated to play a concert.
