TAMPA, Fla. —
Pop star Elton John canceled concerts two nights in a row after doctors prescribed rest for a virus, officials at the concert hall said today.
The 42-year-old British singer-songwriter had rescheduled his Tuesday concert for Wednesday after being told to rest for 24 hours, said Mike LaPan, director of the Sun Dome at the University of South Florida. Then doctors decided that John needed even more rest.
