The new design reflects the increasingly fast pace of life in Los Angeles. With places to be and appointments to keep, we have come to deny ourselves even the simplest of pleasures, like time enough to leisurely browse through the morning paper.
I eagerly await your next move: a Times’ representative arriving at our homes each morning to read the paper to us, as we rush about, careful not to squander our precious moments.
