Film Maker’s Trials

I am a writer-producer-artist who also happens to be a black woman. I am producing a feature film that is family fare with loving relationships, dancing, music, Santa Claus, a kidnaping, a car chase and flashbacks to Los Angeles when it was a jazz Mecca. Sixty percent of the cast and crew are black or other minorities.
Here’s what the financiers and distributors have suggested:
--That I make it an all-white film.
--That I fire myself and all black crew members.
--That I get “black money.” (What’s that?)
--That I change the script so that it’s about sex, violence and prostitution.
Are there any real people out there with both integrity and financial means?
