Managers Buying KSCI-TV: Top management at Los Angeles television station KSCI-TV Channel 18 has agreed to buy the outlet and a sister station in Honolulu from an investment group for an undisclosed price. KSCI President Ray Beindorf, who was one of the partners who bought KSCI three years ago, said no major changes in management or format are planned for the primarily Asian-language stations. The group is considering buying other Asian-language stations across the nation.
