Andres Serrano, the visual artist who came under attack from members of the U.S. Congress for his provocative photographs, will discuss his work Nov. 4 at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art. Serrano, a recipient of the prestigious Awards in the Visual Arts in 1988, will discuss issues of artistic censorship in addition to his religious and spiritual concerns. The session is scheduled for 2 p.m. in the museum’s Leo S. Bing Theater.
