Film maker Roger Corman, who brought out such disaster-themed movies as “Avalanche” and “Tidal Wave,” has already dispatched a crew to San Francisco to get pictures of the rubble and devastation caused by last week’s earthquake. The reason: His Concorde motion picture company will produce “Quake,” a feature about the disaster. John Guerin will write the screenplay for the $12-million production.
